The Receptionist Role

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage essential communication channels and support departmental operations. This full-time position is integral to ensuring smooth and effective communication flow within the organization, serving as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with the respective departments to relay messages and information accurately.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of all outgoing and incoming calls for record-keeping purposes.
• Inform the Shift Manager of any issues or relevant matters pertaining to the department's operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple communication lines efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate record maintenance.
• Effective verbal communication skills.

Work Location

This full-time Receptionist role is available in multiple locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, and Rabigh.
