About Maison Tuileries and the Role

Maison Tuileries is a French pastry house that collaborates with leading pastry chefs to create high-end, innovative pastry pieces. The company is preparing for a significant launch in Makkah and is seeking a Community Manager to establish and grow its brand presence from the initial stages. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Initial Responsibilities (Launch Phase)

During the initial launch phase, the Community Manager will be responsible for establishing the brand's foundational communication and presence.

• Organizing a significant launch event.
• Preparing and managing the company website.
• Developing the comprehensive communication strategy from inception.

Ongoing Responsibilities

Following the launch, the role evolves to focus on sustained brand engagement, strategic development, and community growth.

• Creating ongoing content across social media platforms, the website, and other relevant channels.
• Driving strategic decisions regarding the evolution of the company's offerings and value proposition to maintain market leadership.
• Building and fostering an active community around the brand.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of loyalty and retention programs.
• Establishing partnerships with relevant brands and influencers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess a strong background in community management and content creation, coupled with a strategic mindset.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• A keen understanding of current trends and social media dynamics.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, and similar software.
• Demonstrated creativity and a proactive, driven approach to building and shaping brand direction.

Compensation and Relocation

The salary for this full-time position ranges from 2500 to 3500 SAR, commensurate with experience. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
