About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to delivering a high-quality customer journey across various touchpoints, focusing on understanding customer needs and ensuring a positive experience.

Role Purpose

The Customer Service role is responsible for resolving inquiries, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting internal teams to maintain a consistent and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and capable of adapting to diverse customer service channels and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure the timely and professional resolution of customer issues and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and conduct follow-ups as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience outcomes.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and provide constructive suggestions for service improvement.
  • Support initiatives aimed at customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, established service standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Contribute to reporting and tracking mechanisms for customer satisfaction and overall service performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or related roles.
  • Any educational background is considered, provided there is relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with customer service tools or CRM systems is preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
