Role Overview

The Finance Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing financial operations and contributing to strategic decision-making. This position requires a professional with a strong background in financial management and a proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in finance management.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills.
