About the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their team in Makkah, with a focus on operations in Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The role is central to providing accurate financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead and refine the monthly reporting process to ensure timely and insightful management reports for all entities. This includes coordinating and supporting the monthly financial close process, validating financial transactions through detailed Trial Balance reviews, and preparing clear Profit & Loss statements with comprehensive commentary. The role also involves developing and maintaining cost center and department-level P&Ls, conducting detailed overhead and cost analysis, and preparing consolidated monthly management packs for executive review.

Financial Insights and Business Partnering

A key aspect of this role is partnering with operational and functional stakeholders to deliver financial insights, aid decision-making, and enhance financial accountability. The manager will collaborate closely with Group Finance and Entity finance teams to ensure consistency and adherence to reporting standards. This position will also manage SLA recharge methodologies and intercompany allocations, ensuring transparency and alignment with Group policies.

Process Improvement and Automation

This role will drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and performance management. This includes supporting automation initiatives to simplify reporting processes and reduce manual interventions, as well as participating in the implementation and optimization of Oracle EPM. The focus will be on enhancing reporting automation, planning capabilities, and overall process efficiency. The manager will also support benchmarking, KPI reporting, and the development of actionable business insights.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with financial close processes and trial balance reviews.
  • Experience with cost center and overhead analysis.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EPM or similar financial planning systems is advantageous.
