About the HR Assistant Role

Distinguished Catering is seeking an HR Assistant to join its Human Resources team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to both Jeddah and Makkah. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. Key duties include:

  • Providing support for the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department.
  • Managing and updating employee files, ensuring all information is current.
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of appointment and disengagement letters.
  • Monitoring and tracking employee attendance, departures, and leave requests.
  • Preparing various administrative letters and reports as required.
  • Following up on government appointments and related administrative matters.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Good organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position. The primary work location is Jeddah, with the role also serving Makkah.
