About the Junior Art Director Role

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a Junior Art Director to join its team in the Makkah Province, with positions available in Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time role focused on contributing to the visual direction and execution of creative projects.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Junior Art Director will collaborate with communication specialists to develop concepts for various campaigns. A key aspect of this role involves creating and maintaining the visual identity across digital and physical platforms, including advertisements, websites, and outdoor materials. The position requires directing designers to ensure the accurate execution of visual concepts and participating in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.

• Conceive campaign concepts in collaboration with communication specialists.
• Develop and maintain the visual outlook for various accounts and projects.
• Direct the visual elements for advertisements, websites, and outdoor media.
• Provide clear instructions to the design team for concept execution.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas.
• Pitch creative concepts internally to the account team.
• Oversee photo or video shoots as required.
• Collaborate with senior designers to acquire new skills and insights.
• Stay informed about new media formats and their application in campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of creative design principles and layout. Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. The role demands the ability to generate creative and original ideas, coupled with the confidence to articulate and present these concepts effectively to colleagues and clients.
