About the Art Director Role

Jobgether is seeking an Art Director for a partner company. This full-time, remote-friendly position is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on developing high-impact creative work for clients in the restaurant and retail sectors. The role requires a blend of conceptual thinking and hands-on design execution, managing projects from initial ideation through final delivery.

Core Responsibilities

The Art Director will be responsible for shaping and executing strong visual concepts that translate marketing strategies into compelling creative outputs across various channels. This includes developing creative concepts for branding, campaigns, social media, and multi-channel marketing initiatives. The role involves translating marketing strategies and audience insights into clear visual directions, sketches, and storyboards.

• Lead projects from concept development to final execution, ensuring creative quality and consistency.
• Present creative ideas and design directions to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to refine ideas and push creative boundaries.
• Maintain an understanding of cultural trends, advertising practices, and platform-specific creative requirements.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to elevate the team's overall creative output.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, or brand-focused design environments. A strong foundation in conceptual thinking and advanced visual design skills is essential, supported by a polished creative portfolio. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required. Experience using AI tools to support creative workflows is also necessary.
