About the Role

TELUS Digital is seeking a Media Search Analyst Arabic (SA) to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position offers the flexibility to set your own schedule while completing tasks using an innovative web-based evaluation tool. The role involves contributing to the evaluation of digital media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations across various media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store Content.
• Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Candidate Requirements

• Residency in Saudi Arabia for the last year consecutively, with familiarity regarding current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Saudi Arabia.
• An email address associated with an Apple ID, along with experience and knowledge of Apple products.
• Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music, and video, coupled with an interest in internet research.
• Flexibility to work across a diverse set of task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance evaluations.

Qualifications and Project Entry

No previous professional experience is required for this role. However, candidates must meet basic requirements and successfully complete a standard assessment process to qualify for the project. While a High School degree or higher certification is preferred, candidates with demonstrated skills and talent are also considered.

Assessment Process

To be hired into the program, applicants will undertake an open-book qualification exam designed to determine suitability for the position, followed by ID verification. Guidelines and learning materials will be provided by our team prior to the qualification exam. The exam must be completed within a specific timeframe, at the applicant's convenience.

Work Environment and Project Scope

This is a part-time, long-term project. Work will be subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the term of the agreement. The role requires daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, a computer, and relevant software. Successful candidates will demonstrate independent working capabilities, adaptability to innovative methodologies and processes, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
