About the Role

YO IT Consulting is seeking a **** Developer to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expertise to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Prior experience in AI is not required; your domain knowledge in ****, JavaScript, and TypeScript is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage deep knowledge of ****, JavaScript, and TypeScript to provide expert-level input and feedback for AI system development.
• Analyze and review code samples to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify key development patterns and problem-solving strategies in backend engineering.
• Evaluate real-world **** scenarios to help models learn robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Document insights, edge cases, and nuanced technical considerations in clear, effective written form.
• Contribute to model training by communicating complex concepts in an accessible way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
