About the Role

1Pass is seeking a PR & Social Media Specialist to join its Marketing team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and supporting PR campaigns for the Saudi market. The specialist will contribute to shaping the brand's voice within the fitness and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 1Pass social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.
Create engaging Arabic and English content tailored for the Saudi audience.
Coordinate with designers, creators, influencers, and the internal Marketing team.
Identify current trends and convert them into relevant content opportunities.
Support PR campaigns, announcements, partnerships, events, and media activations.
Build relationships with media outlets, publications, influencers, and partners.
Prepare bilingual press releases, pitches, and communication materials.
Support influencer outreach, briefing, and campaign execution.
Monitor performance, brand mentions, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Utilize data and insights to continuously improve content and campaigns.

AI-First Mindset Responsibilities

Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools for researching trends and competitors.
Brainstorm campaigns, content ideas, and creative concepts using AI.
Improve Arabic and English copy with AI assistance.
Create content calendars and creative briefs using AI tools.
Analyze performance and generate actionable insights through AI.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and digitally savvy, with a strong understanding of the Saudi market. Experience in creating engaging content, building relationships, and executing campaigns is essential.
