Procurement Specialist

About the Role

Arctech is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves managing procurement processes to support various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans for new local vendors, evaluate quotations, and negotiate to achieve target pricing.
• Visit suppliers, maintain strong supplier relationships, and negotiate optimal payment terms, delivery schedules, pricing, and service conditions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Production, Engineering, and Maintenance, to identify MRO material specifications, confirm requirements, and prioritize procurement requests.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, demonstrating a proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with activities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments and external suppliers.
