About the Role at Alturki Holding

Alturki Holding is seeking a Rental Agent to join its team. This full-time position is focused on ensuring an optimal rental experience for customers by maximizing sales and service opportunities. The role involves direct customer interaction, vehicle management, and financial processing.

Customer Service and Agreement Management

• Communicate with customers to answer questions and address concerns regarding their reservations or rental vehicles.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs, considering factors such as price and size.
• Inform customers of any existing damage on the vehicle before the rental commences.
• Prepare rental agreements, advising on and upselling vehicles and optional extras to customers according to their needs, while clearly informing them of contract details, rental policies, and procedures.
• Open and close rental agreements within the system, ensuring full compliance with company policy and procedures.

Vehicle Operations and Inventory

• Actively manage vehicle maintenance, inventory records, and daily business reports.
• Update the inventory status of vehicles that are currently in use or undergoing maintenance.
• Oversee the driver’s work, including checking tyres, accessories, and mileage, and process complaints if damage is identified.
• Ensure the driver cleans the vehicle and fills the fuel tank for the next client.

Financial Transactions and Reporting

• Process payments in connection with credit cards using the company system.
• Process the balance of daily transactions and prepare bank deposits.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and the number of customers renting vehicles.
• Collect rental charges from customers using various payment methods, including cash, POS, and bank transfers.
• Deposit the cash collected from customers into the company’s bank account on a daily basis.
• Prepare End of Duty reports, such as daily collection reports, POS machine reconciliation, and vehicle status reports.

Required Experience

Candidates applying for the Rental Agent position should have 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple operational and customer service tasks effectively.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time employment opportunity located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with operations covering both Jeddah and Makkah cities.
