About UCC Holding and the Role

UCC Holding is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance department. This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, offering an opportunity to contribute to the company's robust financial operations. Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for supporting key financial processes, including comprehensive account reconciliations, active participation in budgeting cycles, and efficient management of accounts payable. This role requires a professional with a strong background in accounting or finance, capable of maintaining the integrity of financial data and contributing to accurate financial reporting within UCC Holding.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and purchases accurately within the general ledger system.
• Review and verify financial documents and contracts for compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and trial balances.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data and records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi nationality is required for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Demonstrated experience with the SAP system.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of general ledger operations and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with accounting standards such as IPSAS and IFRS is considered a significant advantage.
