ServiceNow Project Manager (Delivery)

About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager (Delivery) for a contract position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of a significant ServiceNow transformation project, consolidating legacy ITSM and GRC platforms onto a single ServiceNow instance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own planning, scope, budget, risk, quality, and timelines for the program.
• Lead the phased rollout of ITSM/ITOM, BCM, IRM, TPRM, and Data Privacy modules.
• Manage legacy platform migration, data migration, cutover, and decommissioning processes.
• Coordinate integrations with Oracle ERP, JIRA, and other internal systems.
• Manage the implementation partner, developers, architects, and consultants involved in the project.
• Run governance activities, including steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs, and change control.
• Align with the CIO office and business stakeholders on requirements, acceptance criteria, and go-live plans.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA and information security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale IT transformation initiatives, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.

This role is central to a significant ServiceNow transformation, aiming to consolidate existing ITSM and GRC platforms into a unified ServiceNow instance. The project involves multiple modules and critical system integrations.
