Nashar Trading is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview

The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. This position focuses on optimizing trade investments and fostering commercial excellence through data-driven insights and strong execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring market performance and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Route-to-Market (RTM) projects to enhance distribution efficiency and reach.
• Develop and manage Trade Marketing PMO plans, ensuring structured and timely execution.
• Analyze Return on Investment (ROI) and evaluate the performance of trade investments.
• Plan and execute targeted trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive commercial excellence across all channels.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a preference for experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and project management skills.
• Proven experience with Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, ROI analysis, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
