About the Role

Alawaly Real Estate is seeking a Video Designer & AI Content Creator to join its Marketing team. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with work also extending to Jeddah. The position involves designing and producing visual content and digital advertisements for Alawaly and its projects, transforming marketing messages into visual concepts, and executing them through various media.

Role Context

The Video Designer & AI Content Creator will be responsible for developing innovative visual content. This includes video editing, motion graphics, visual effects, and leveraging AI-powered tools for image, video, and audio production to deliver complete, publish-ready videos. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and visual directions for videos based on marketing briefs and messages.
• Transform content and scripts into engaging visual sequences and scenes.
• Design and produce advertising and marketing videos from initial concept to final version.
• Execute professional video editing using Premiere Pro.
• Perform Motion Graphics, Compositing, and visual effects using After Effects.
• Generate images, scenes, and videos utilizing AI tools.
• Utilize AI tools for voice-overs, music, and sound effects as required.
• Integrate existing footage with AI-generated scenes and elements.
• Select appropriate music and sound effects, and establish the visual rhythm of videos.
• Perform Color Grading and enhance visual material.
• Design Storyboards, Styleframes, and Moodboards to communicate concepts prior to execution.
• Prepare multiple video formats for various platforms including ads, Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and digital screens.
• Develop new creative approaches to differentiate Alawaly's content from traditional real estate video.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in video design and content creation.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with AI tools for image, video, and audio generation.
• Ability to develop visual concepts and translate marketing messages into engaging video content.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Marketing team of Alawaly Real Estate, primarily located in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah.
