Join Sedra International Company as a Sales Specialist!
We are seeking a driven and proactive candidate who excels in creating and closing new sales opportunities, especially within the Religious Tourism and Hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Business Development: Develop business from new and existing customer accounts, including Travel Agencies, Corporates, and Hajj/Umrah Operators.
  • Executive Negotiation: Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
  • Relationship Management: Build rapport and establish long-term, sustainable relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the Religious Tourism (Hajj & Umrah) and Hospitality industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi hospitality market dynamics and a strong network with travel agencies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with hotel reservation platforms.
  • Track Record: Demonstrable track record of consistently over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (essential), with English highly preferred.
  • Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills tailored for the hospitality sector.
