As a pivotal member of our pharmaceutical department, you will play a key role in managing inventory and ensuring the timely availability of medications and consumables. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication across departments.

As a pivotal member of our pharmaceutical department, you will play a key role in managing inventory and ensuring the timely availability of medications and consumables. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place orders for stockroom and drugstore items.
- Update inventory for fast-moving consumables.
- Maintain and distribute medication stocks, including IV fluids.
- Ensure the effective delivery and confirmation of stock items.
- Prepare stock lists for adjustments and manage inventory requests.
- Assist pharmacists with urgent tasks.
- Supervise cleanliness and compliance within pharmacy areas.
- Transfer items from drugstore to pharmacy as needed.
- Collect intravenous medication samples for laboratory analysis.
- Manage expired medication properly.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0 – 2 years in a related field.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Language: Good command of oral and written English.
