Join Our Team as a Security Officer!

At Hilton, we are committed to creating exceptional guest experiences, and our Security Officers play a vital role in this. As a Security Officer at DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate, you will ensure a safe environment for guests and team members while upholding our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor hotel premises to maintain security.
• Control staff entrances and manage undesirable behaviour.
• Investigate theft and support evacuation procedures.
• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure safe passage for cash transfers.
• Maintain a Security Log Book and Incident Reports.
• Report all hazards and maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of fire procedures, disaster plans, and local regulations.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• First Aid certification.
• IT proficiency.
