Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety and security procedures.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Oversee all security operations to maintain a safe environment.
- Establish emergency protocols and train security personnel.
- Conduct security audits to improve current procedures.
Qualifications:
- Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within hotel or resort operations.
- Strong leadership skills and operational management experience.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and emergency preparedness.
- Ability to handle sensitive security issues confidentially.
