Join Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea as our Cluster Director of Security!
Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, positioned in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to a nature-focused resort. With its luxurious offerings, the resort will become a top destination in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for all properties within the cluster.
Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential security threats.
Oversee the management and training of security personnel across multiple properties.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and government agencies to ensure compliance with security regulations.
Manage security budgets and allocate resources effectively across the cluster.
Implement and maintain state-of-the-art security technologies and surveillance systems.
Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate emergency response procedures.
Provide regular security briefings and reports to senior management.
Ensure all security measures align with the luxury standards of Raffles & Fairmont brands.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
Advanced security certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in managing security operations for multiple luxury hospitality properties.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
Willingness to relocate to Umluj, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Cluster Director of Security to oversee all aspects of security operations for our luxury properties in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This key leadership role is crucial in developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies that ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and assets across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for all properties within the cluster.
Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential security threats.

Willingness to relocate to Umluj, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to the local culture and environment.
