About the Role

Bright House RealEstate is seeking an Owners' Association Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah region. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the comprehensive management of owners’ association operations. The role requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

The Owners' Association Manager will oversee various aspects of association management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Core responsibilities include:

• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and ensuring the implementation of decisions in compliance with relevant regulations and building policies.
• Overseeing financial matters such as budgeting, fee collection, and monitoring service contracts, collaborating closely with accounting and legal teams as required.
• Supervising facility maintenance to ensure high standards are met.
• Handling resident inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Liaising with service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality property management services.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing regular reports for the association.
• Promoting clear communication and fostering collaboration among all owners and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a range of essential skills and abilities crucial for effective owners' association management, including:

• Strong association or property management skills, covering meeting coordination, oversight of building operations, and relationship management with owners and vendors.
• Solid administrative and organizational abilities, with proven experience in documentation, record-keeping, reporting, and diligent follow-up on action items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to manage conflict, address complaints professionally, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes and service quality.

Essential Knowledge and Qualifications

Candidates are expected to possess specific knowledge and qualifications to excel in this role:

• Basic financial and contract management knowledge, including budgeting, fee tracking, and understanding of service agreements.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah on a full-time basis and respond promptly to operational issues and residents’ needs.
• Familiarity with local real estate and owners’ association regulations in Saudi Arabia is highly beneficial.
