Job Purpose:
The Event Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering high-profile events and activations at Amaala Yacht Club. This includes member events, regattas, VIP functions, brand activations, and lifestyle experiences aligned with the club’s luxury identity. The role ensures seamless execution from concept to completion while working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional service, aesthetic excellence, and operational precision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of events, from concept, budgeting, and logistics to post-event reporting. With input from relevant internal departments.
• Curate a seasonal calendar of luxury member events and experiential activations that enhance engagement and club prestige.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors to coordinate all event components including F&B, entertainment, décor, branding, permits, and security.
• Ensure every event reflects the club’s luxury positioning, values, and brand tone.
• Develop detailed event briefs, run-of-shows, and contingency plans.
• Support Member relations colleagues on guest lists, RSVP systems, and VIP hosting protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing and PR for promotional and media engagement activities.
• Track event KPIs and prepare post-event evaluation reports.
• Support the BOH Operations manager in the smooth execution of regattas and sailing-related events in collaboration with the marina and yacht racing teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in event planning or luxury hospitality activations.
• Experience managing premium, high-touch events and VIP protocols.

Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills. Luxury service orientation and aesthetic sensibility. Vendor negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.

About the Job:
As a Operations Manager at Emdad by Elm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing branches in municipal areas and ensuring operational performance to achieve project goals. Your coordination and support in inspection campaigns will be vital for the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of branches in municipal areas.
• Verify the presence of inspectors and ensure adherence to general policies before starting field inspections.
• Communicate administrative directives related to inspection operations to the inspectors.
• Follow up on reported observations from inspectors and guide them to ensure that issues are not repeated.
• Ensure daily tasks for inspectors are completed based on the visitation plan.
• Direct supervision of the implementation of inspection campaigns.
• Respond to inquiries from facility owners and guide them on procedures followed in the branch.
• Provide periodic studies on building conditions within the geographic scope.
• Hold regular meetings with inspectors to develop corrective plans for risks and challenges related to inspections in the branch.
• Motivate employees to perform their work and enhance competitiveness.

Required Competencies:

• Experience in employee management.
• Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and systems.
• Ability to operate electronic devices and their accessories.
• High communication skills with both employees and facility owners.
• Meeting management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in the following fields: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, and related specialties.
