Join NADEC Foods as a Supervisor for Olive FarmsIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing olive farm operations to ensure optimal production and quality. You will manage farm labor, monitor tree health, implement best farming practices, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily farm activities: planting, pruning, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
- Ensure tree health through inspections, pest management, and proper irrigation.
- Implement sustainable farming practices and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Train and guide farm workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated on agricultural innovations to improve yield and sustainability.
Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in farm management (olive farming preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication (English; Arabic preferred).
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
