Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet services.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting menus and ensure high-quality food presentation.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to optimize operations and profitability.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in F&B management.
- Work closely with other departments to support overall hotel operations and special events.
- Respect and incorporate local cultural sensitivities in F&B offerings and service delivery.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field; advanced degrees or additional certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, including 23 years in a leadership role at a luxury hotel or high-volume F&B establishment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
