About the Role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee project execution in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in site supervision or project management.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed according to the approved plan and timeline. This includes monitoring progress, managing daily performance, and ensuring adherence to financial aspects and approved standards. The role involves coordinating with project engineers and administration to resolve field issues, managing the provision and utilization of materials and supplies, and ensuring the implementation and adherence to safety and health procedures.

Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to the approved plan and timeline.
Monitor project progress and financial aspects.
Distribute tasks and monitor the daily performance of the team.
Ensure work conformity with financial specifications and approved standards.
Submit daily reports on project progress, observations, and issues.
Coordinate with project engineers and administration to resolve field issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision or project management is required. Proficiency in reading drawings and financial statements is essential.
