About the Role

As a مدير تسويق عقاري at شركة أحمد المحيسني العقارية, you will lead real estate marketing operations and oversee the team to achieve company objectives within a dynamic and evolving market. This full-time position is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and requires an on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate marketing across various property platforms.
• Analyze the real estate market and prepare periodic reports to support decision-making.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, guiding them to achieve defined goals.
• Monitor leasing operations and ensure contracts are uploaded to the Ejar platform in compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer reach and increase sales.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, clients, and sellers.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4-6 years of practical experience in real estate marketing, with proven leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Ejar platform and other real estate platforms in Saudi Arabia.
• Good understanding of the Saudi real estate market requirements and the ability to analyze trends.
• Possession of a valid Fawal license.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
