Alwedad Charity for Orphan Care is dedicated to supporting orphans. The organization is seeking a Marketing and Donor Relations Officer to join its team in 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Marketing and Donor Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and executing financial resource development plans, fostering strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with business leaders and supporting entities to ensure sustainable financial growth for the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in building the branch's executive plan.
• Identify needs and tools for implementing the financial resource development plan.
• Develop initiatives and programs to achieve financial targets.
• Measure the financial resource executive plan quarterly.
• Develop an executive plan for targeted partnerships based on branch needs.
• Identify entities that align with strategic and executive goals.
• Coordinate and communicate with targeted entities, including visits or hosting.
• Implement partnerships according to approved models.
• Activate partnerships effectively and measure their impact.
• Develop an executive plan for targeting business leaders and entities.
• Identify business leaders and entities with social responsibility initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate with business leaders and entities, scheduling visits throughout the year.
• Strengthen relationships through continuous communication with business leaders and entities.
• Submit impact reports after receiving support and monitor satisfaction of business leaders and entities.

Donor Relations and Quality Improvement

• Maintain a clear database of business leaders and socially responsible entities.
• Establish a scheduled plan for communication, visits, and presenting projects and programs.
• Implement initiatives to strengthen relationships with business leaders and supporting entities.
• Measure donor satisfaction using standardized models.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, financial resource development, or donor relations, preferably within the non-profit sector. Strong communication and strategic planning skills are essential for success in this role.
