About the Role

Season Lifestyle is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee operations in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a leader with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing branch performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management of a branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Key duties include:

• Leading and managing branch operations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Monitoring branch performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Overseeing the provision of appropriate services and contributing to the development of the branch and its team.
• Ensuring the consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Managing warehouse operations to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Preparing and submitting daily reports to management, including proposed solutions and initiatives.
• Implementing sales plans and initiatives within the assigned region.
• Developing branch managers and building high-performing teams.
• Ensuring adherence to sales periods and managing employee attendance during critical times.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in branch supervision or management, preferably within the retail sector, specifically in apparel or accessories.
• A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and improving performance.
• Experience in branch supervision, management, and development.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience in report preparation.
• Willingness to transfer between branches within the Al Madinah region.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Al Madinah region, Saudi Arabia. The role requires flexibility for potential transfers between branches within the region.
