About the Role

دار يوسف العقارية is seeking a Real Estate Broker for Individuals to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves comprehensive real estate brokerage for individuals, combining both field and office work. The position offers a salary of 4000 - 5000 Saudi Riyals, plus sales commission, and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive real estate brokerage activities for individuals, involving both field and office work.
• Leverage strong relationships with property owners or agents to secure real estate offers for sale and rent.
• Contract for real estate offers and display them on various platforms.
• Follow up with clients and close deals.
• Develop smart targeting plans to identify luxury properties and commercial buildings.
• Commit to achieving the required monthly targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality.
• Resident of Medina, Al Madinah.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in real estate brokerage or property management.
• Strong sales skills and a keen understanding of client needs, product presentation, follow-up, and deal closing.
• Dedicated to work (full-time availability).
• Possession of a valid driving license and a private car.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Work Environment and Schedule

This role involves a blend of field and office work. The daily working hours are 7 hours, from 4 PM to 11 PM. The work week consists of 5 working days, with flexible weekly days off.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from 4000 to 5000 Saudi Riyals, in addition to a commission on sales.
