Lab Manager INFERTILITY

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Lab Manager, Infertility, to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on performing routine and specialized assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures under the direction of a physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic ART laboratory techniques.
• Execute oocyte retrieval/pick-ups and oocyte denudation (removal of cumulus cells).
• Fertilize oocytes using recognized methods such as Conventional IVF and ICSI, as required.
• Conduct embryo culture techniques.
• Perform Infra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
• Evaluate embryo development and maintain comprehensive records of results.
• Perform embryo transfers (ET) and Pro nuclear Stage Tubal Transfer (PROST).
• Manage embryo cryopreservation and thawing procedures.
• Prepare tubes, dishes, and transfer media for daily cases.
• Requisition and maintain reagents and other IVF laboratory supplies.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
