The Role

Advansys is seeking an Outsourcing Sales Manager (BSFI Sector) to be based in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving revenue growth specifically through Strategic IT Outsourcing and ODC solutions within the Banking, Securities, Financial Services, and Insurance (BSFI) sector. The role combines targeted new business acquisition with rigorous account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through the sale of Strategic IT Outsourcing and ODC solutions.
• Acquire new high-value accounts within the BSFI sector.
• Manage existing accounts to secure contract renewals.
• Upsell additional outsourcing services to clients within the current portfolio.
• Position Advansys as a strategic staffing and offshore partner in KSA.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly within the IT outsourcing or related technology services sector.
• Demonstrated experience in new business acquisition and account management is essential.

Location and Work Type

This role is based in Saudi Arabia and is a full-time position. The Outsourcing Sales Manager will focus on the BSFI sector within the KSA region.
