About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Receptionist to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering hospitality by ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. The Receptionist serves as a primary point of contact for guests, providing support and information throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and offering welcome materials or bell service assistance.
Process guest departures efficiently by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to address guest inquiries.
Promote hotel amenities through up-selling techniques to maximize room and service revenue.
Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications effectively.

Required Experience

0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
