The Role of Recreation Attendant

As a Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests utilizing the facilities. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on ensuring a positive guest experience within the recreation areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and assist with their needs, including issuing towels, chaise lounge covers, and assisting with set-up for chaise lounges and cabanas.
• Remove used towels and debris from pool deck areas throughout the day to maintain cleanliness.
• Deliver detailed and personal service in a luxury, upscale, and fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the pool area presents a positive first impression through cleanliness, proper set-up, and ambiance control.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all wellness and recreation services, activities, amenities, and general hotel services.
• Promote and upsell wellness and recreation offers to maximize sales revenue.
• Perform assigned opening and closing duties, setting up the pool according to established standards and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Execute other reasonable duties as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to provide warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
