About the Apparel Sales Role

We are seeking an Apparel Sales Representative to join our team in Medina. This contract position focuses on providing an excellent customer sales experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the store's presentation to uphold its commercial reputation. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly.
• Identify customer needs and assist them in selecting appropriate products.
• Provide clear explanations of products, pricing, colors, and current offers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Encourage customers to purchase additional or complementary items through upselling and cross-selling.
• Arrange and maintain the tidiness of clothing displays according to store standards.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the store and display areas.
• Monitor product availability, including prices, colors, and quantities, and report any shortages.
• Process sales transactions accurately and issue invoices.
• Handle customer exchanges and returns in accordance with store policy.
• Participate in the execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
• Maintain product cleanliness and minimize waste or loss.
• Assist with inventory tracking and fulfill daily orders as needed.
• Adhere to all store policies and manager instructions.
• Prepare daily sales reports and manage drawer closing procedures if assigned.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement.
• Previous experience in apparel sales or retail is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and invoice generation is necessary.
• Understanding of store policies regarding exchanges and returns.
• Ability to maintain product appearance and minimize loss.
• Capability to follow inventory procedures and execute daily orders.
• Willingness to adhere to store policies and management directives.
• Capacity to contribute to promotional activities and seasonal events.
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and managing drawer reconciliation.
