About the Business Consultant Role

Hire Feed is seeking a Business Consultant to join one of its clients on a contract basis. This role involves analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements aimed at enhancing operational performance and profitability. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions tailored to specific client challenges.

Role Context and Contribution

This position offers an opportunity to work with a global leader in the Information Services industry. The consultant will contribute to the transformation of client organizations by developing and implementing evidence-based strategies. The role requires adaptability across diverse industries and the ability to deliver measurable results within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies in client organizations through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, aligning solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of process improvements, including workflow redesign, automation opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities for clients.
• Document findings in clear, structured reports and presentations for executive audiences, ensuring measurable impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau to derive insights from client datasets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Work Arrangement and Compensation
