About the Role

Talenticlix is seeking a Remote Computer User Support Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time position is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and involves providing technical assistance and user support across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

The Computer User Support Specialist will assist users with technical concerns, guide them through solutions, and ensure systems function effectively. Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to user support requests via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Guiding users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Assisting with account setup, access issues, and password resets.
• Documenting support cases, resolutions, and system updates.
• Escalating complex issues to higher-level technical teams when required.
• Maintaining and updating support documentation or knowledge bases.
• Identifying recurring issues and reporting trends for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:

• Experience: 0-1 years in a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Comfortable using support tools or ticketing systems (training will be provided if needed).
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Work Environment and Tools

This role operates in a remote environment, utilizing various digital tools to facilitate effective user support. The specialist will work with remote support and troubleshooting tools, alongside standard communication platforms such as email, chat, and video conferencing. Access to internal documentation and knowledge base systems will be provided to support problem resolution and information sharing.
