The Role of Contracts Manager

Jasara PMC is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its team. This strategic role is responsible for overseeing the entire contract management process, ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled. The Contracts Manager will ensure that contract terms effectively support the operational goals of the organization and contribute directly to the successful delivery of Jasara's projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and manage all project contracts, with a keen focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and legal standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on contract status, performance, and compliance for management review.
• Provide guidance and expert advice to project managers on all contractual matters.
• Resolve any contractual disputes efficiently and in accordance with established terms and conditions.
