About the Role

Recruit Lytixs Hire is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist (Arabic) to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing professional and timely support to Arabic-speaking customers across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions to ensure a positive experience and contribute to customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and English when necessary.
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
  • Assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues, identifying root causes, and guiding them through solutions.
  • Documenting all customer interactions within the CRM or support systems and tracking open cases for timely resolution.
  • Ensuring all communications meet company quality and communication standards, and handling complaints with professionalism.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and staying updated on product changes and policies.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, with good English language skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset with demonstrated empathy and patience.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • The capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Previous customer support experience is considered an advantage.

Technical Requirements for Remote Work
