Wall Street Oasis (WSO) operates a global Mentorship Program that connects over 3,000 experienced professionals with more than 1 million students worldwide. WSO is seeking dedicated mentors to contribute to the development of aspiring finance professionals across various specializations.

The Equity Research Mentor Role

This part-time, remote position is for an Equity Research Mentor, targeting professionals in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing one-on-one coaching to students who are pursuing careers in Equity Research, covering both sell-side and buy-side opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching and guidance to students targeting Equity Research roles.
• Share insights and perspective on navigating Equity Research interviews, stock pitch rounds, and financial modeling assessments.
• Offer technical preparation, including feedback on financial models, valuation work, and earnings analysis.
• Assist mentees in structuring investment theses and developing high-quality stock pitches.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of professional experience in Equity Research (Sell-Side or Buy-Side).
• Currently or formerly held positions as Research Analysts, Associates, or VPs.
• Strong background in valuation, financial modeling, and earnings analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and teach structured thinking.
• Detail-oriented approach with consistency in providing actionable feedback.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Top mentors in the program have the potential to earn between $50,000 and $100,000+ per year. Head mentors within WSO Academy may earn up to $3,000 in a single week. This is a part-time, remote opportunity, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in any timezone.
