About the Role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Operator Level III to join its team. This full-time position involves operating coil tubing units and associated equipment during field operations. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring operational excellence and safety in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate coil tubing units and associated equipment during field operations.
• Execute pumping, nitrogen lifting, cleanouts, acidizing, and other CT interventions.
• Assist in rig-up and rig-down operations at well sites.
• Monitor job parameters and report abnormalities to the Supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of coil tubing strings and pressure control equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CT equipment.
• Maintain accurate job reports, logs, and operational records.
• Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
• Identify operational risks and take corrective actions when required.
• Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to Level 1 and Level 2 Operators.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, engineers, and other crew members for smooth job execution.

HSE Responsibilities

• Comply with all company HSE policies and procedures.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
• Report hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to operate coil tubing units and associated equipment.
• Proficiency in executing various CT interventions such as pumping, nitrogen lifting, cleanouts, and acidizing.
• Strong understanding of HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Ability to identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Experience in providing mentorship and on-the-job training.

Work Environment

This position is full-time and may require travel to various field locations. The employee is expected to demonstrate leadership in safety and operational excellence within a dynamic team environment.
