Role Purpose and Scope

The Business Operations Engineer will identify operational challenges and design solutions that create measurable impact. Rather than solely coordinating projects, the individual will take ownership of identifying issues, investigating root causes, and implementing practical improvements within a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate across business areas to understand workflows, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Investigate operational issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Build internal tools and automated workflows that reduce repetitive manual tasks.

• Lead operational improvement initiatives from initial problem discovery through implementation and adoption.
