Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered consistently.
• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Manage the menu, including reading and visually verifying information.

Operational Duties

• Create and maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.

Required Qualifications and Physical Demands

• Prior experience of 0-1 years in a guest service role is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
