Role Responsibilities

Guest Environment Experts are responsible for a range of housekeeping functions. This includes ensuring all areas of the hotel meet cleanliness and appearance standards. The role involves direct interaction with the hotel environment to fulfill guest needs and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Tasks

• Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking and organizing carts with necessary supplies.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces according to established standards.
• Performing other similar responsibilities as required to support hotel operations.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

All team members are expected to maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and procedures, and uphold confidentiality and quality standards. Professional appearance and communication are essential. This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
