Job Summary

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Hotels team. This full-time role supports departmental initiatives and office management, contributing to the delivery of memorable guest experiences.

Role Context and Location

Based in Medina, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing and sales functions of the hotel. The position involves administrative and coordination tasks essential for efficient team operations and the consistent upholding of hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with proofreading advertising copy, contributing to marketing campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and coordinating internal projects for timely execution.
• Assist with sales documentation, including the preparation of booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to facilitate the sales process.
• Perform daily office operations, providing administrative support such as data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team functions.
• Support special projects by assisting with the coordination of departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments as required.
