About the Role

Accor is seeking a Marketing / E-Commerce & Distribution Specialist for a full-time position. This role is responsible for supporting and executing the hotel’s marketing, e-commerce, and distribution strategies to maximize online visibility, revenue, occupancy, and brand awareness. The specialist will manage digital channels, online travel agencies (OTAs), distribution platforms, promotional campaigns, and digital content, ensuring consistency with the hotel’s brand standards and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and e-commerce strategies aligned with the hotel’s business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage the hotel’s online presence across the official website, OTAs, booking platforms, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and optimize room availability, rates, promotions, packages, and inventory across all distribution channels.
• Maintain accurate and engaging hotel content, including room descriptions, images, amenities, facilities, and promotional offers.
• Manage relationships and day-to-day communication with OTAs, distribution partners, and relevant digital platforms.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and other online channels.
• Monitor online performance, conversion rates, website traffic, booking trends, and revenue contribution by channel.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and digital performance to identify business opportunities.
• Support revenue management initiatives by ensuring rate parity, availability, and optimal distribution across channels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and Operations to ensure alignment of commercial strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and performance analysis covering e-commerce, digital marketing, distribution, and online sales.
• Monitor guest reviews and online reputation across major travel and booking platforms and coordinate appropriate responses when required.
• Ensure all digital content and campaigns comply with brand standards and hotel communication guidelines.
• Assist in developing promotional offers and packages to drive direct bookings and increase revenue.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, website performance, and online booking experience.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in hotel marketing, e-commerce, distribution, digital marketing, or a similar hospitality role.
• Previous experience working with OTAs, hotel booking systems, and distribution channels.
• Good understanding of hotel revenue management, online distribution, and digital marketing principles.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS, CRS, channel manager, and online distribution systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple priorities.
