Dallah Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Sales Representative to join its team. This full-time position is integral to the pharmacy's operations, focusing on direct customer engagement and sales within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Role Summary

The primary objective of this role is to enhance and sustain strong sales performance as a counter sales representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, effectively handling inquiries and objections, and facilitating coordination between customers and medical representatives to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service and manage customer objections efficiently.
Coordinate effectively between customers and medical representatives.
Work proactively to increase and maintain a positive sales report for the outlet.
Ensure promotional materials within the outlet are well-maintained and adequately stocked.
Provide support to the Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician across various pharmacy functions.
Arrange and manage the schedule of visits for medical representatives.
Implement and adhere to established policies and procedures to meet the Hospital's goals, objectives, and standards for care, quality, and performance improvement.
Execute other applicable tasks and duties as directed by the Pharmacy Supervisor and/or Pharmacy Manager, within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
Prior experience working in a healthcare setting is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within a fast-paced pharmacy outlet. The role requires consistent interaction with customers and medical professionals, contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.
