About the Peer Reviewer Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking qualified individuals for a part-time, long-term peer review position supporting composite materials research. This role is conducted remotely. Applicants are requested to carefully review the requirements and complete the application accurately.

Role Responsibilities

As a peer reviewer, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating the novelty and originality of submitted manuscripts, assessing their contribution to the field of composite materials.
• Assessing the appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity of study designs and methodologies to ensure reproducibility.
• Verifying that the manuscript thoroughly incorporates and cites relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyzing the presentation of results and conclusions, ensuring they are clearly supported by data and are significant to the field.
• Providing constructive feedback to authors, highlighting potential flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.
• Making recommendations regarding manuscript publication status (acceptance, revision, or rejection) to the journal editor.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant subject area.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the field.
• At least 5 papers published in SCI/SSCI journals within the past three years.
• A thorough understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles within the relevant discipline.
