About the Peer Reviewer Role

Fengkai Group Co., Limited is seeking a qualified individual for a part-time, long-term remote position as a Peer Reviewer specializing in Metallurgical Engineering. This role requires a high level of academic and professional expertise to contribute to the integrity of scholarly publications.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough and objective peer reviews of submitted manuscripts in Metallurgical Engineering. This involves evaluating the scientific merit, originality, and adherence to ethical standards of research papers. The reviewer will provide constructive feedback to authors and editors to ensure the quality and validity of published work.

• Assess the novelty and originality of submitted manuscripts, determining their contribution to the field.
• Evaluate the appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity of study designs and methodologies to ensure reproducibility.
• Verify that the manuscript thoroughly incorporates and cites relevant, up-to-date research.
• Analyze the presentation of results and conclusions, ensuring they are clearly supported by the data and are significant to the field.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent advanced degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a closely related field.
